Health in China

Well after 1 month and a half in Xi An, I can make a small walkthrough about health situations here. The big No-No is drinking water: never ever drink tap water unless you are willing to get the "tourista" plus water in some areas of China is contaminated...

Small pieces

I haven't talked about my daily life since I have been there. After the first 2 hectic weeks, my daily routine is more about going to class in the morning and having my afternoon free except on Monday. My afternoon is more about studying, hanging around...

Un petit peu de français...

Le plus dur en Chine ce ne sont pas la nourriture, le climat, la pollution voir les gens non ce sont les toilettes turques!!!! Elles son encore très à la mode en Chine et sont présentes partout des aéroports aux mall façon US, on y échappe pas. Heureusement...

Peeps

Shanghai 上海 (SH) trip

I had my first Golden week so with the other Aixois students we decided to go to SH. After a quick talk, we decided to take the plane because more or less 24 hours stuck up on a train no thanks. Of course, the Maglev train to Pudong airport to town then...

My dorm

This my dorm building by night the international foreigners' hostel. It's huge and old, needs more than some painting. I won't show my bathroom because it's awfully finished or unfinished. My room is better looking.

1 st impressions of Xi An 西安

The first feeling I had through my sleepiness is that the city is ugly and the streets are huge. After a couple of weeks there I have changed my mind it's not ugly it's just Chinese post-modern architecture... The picture is the Bell Tower 钟楼
